It was too small for my phoneI can’t find another half as pretty so I keep replacing them. The grommet comes out right away and the hole wears through quickly.When I purchased this, I took a chance, having read reviews, that it may not last a very long time. The reason I was ok with taking that chance is that I plan on getting a new phone in the near future. So, this was a cheap, temporary cover. Also, I very much like the design and wanted to augment it with glitter. I purchased it April '21. The reviews were correct. It is now the end of Oct '21. Six months. The color does fade, the edges cracked and small bits on the latch and its edging have come off. There is not a magnet on the back of the cover to hold the latch in place while open. It sticks out, often in the way. Another frustration was how long it took to become flexible enough to be able to set on it's side, open and not to have to hold it as you look at it, actively doing something else with your hands. Often, I flexed it back and forth to make it more pliable. The positive thing about that, I suppose is, you know it is sturdy. It is still effective to protect my phone. My last cover was from the same company and was a solid color, more like leather. It lasted a very long time. There is a magnet on the back of that one that is useful. Most likely I will buy that style again, not the pretty print. I've enjoyed the pretty print, the glitter I added, but not enough to do it again. It was a very good temporary cover. Not for the long term.My wife upgraded her phone and wanted a nice case with pockets/slots, just like her old phone case. These are really nice and the one she chose has a look of Van Gogh, with all due respects. It is easy to see and find since its has vibrant colors.The carrying handle is of the same pattern and is easily attached to the case which has a metal-reinforced rivet so as to not tear or rip the case while using the strap. The metal clip on the strap is a little flimsy, but it does seem to hold ok. She doesn't use the strap but not for that reason. She doesn't use straps.The price is a little high than what we are used to paying (usually buy these cases while we visit Taiwan), but this pattern is nice and made with good, tough material, and she will use this case until she upgrades her phone, again. The case is reasonably priced for the quality of material and design. She is pleased and would buy a second one if she had two phones.Loved it ! So happy I purchased this. Would recommend.This case protects my phone, as well as holding license, CC; stops that frantic search for them in my purse.I had this case for a year and it was very reliable. The only complaint I have it that the magnet part broke off the first month I had it but I just fixed it with hot glue so it wasn't so bad. Another complaint is that if you have any type of card in the front pocket it could scratch your screen but that can be fixed by just putting it with your cash. Another thing is that it can only hold so many dollars until it gets too bulky, for me that wasn't a problem at all. I even bought it again when the first phone case got too old.Edit: It's now a year later and I'm going to buy it again for a third time. Overall I think it usually lasts a year and a half but I still fully recommend it. I didn't have a problem with the little strap falling off the second time so that was probably an affect of me messing with it. Besides that though, the other things still stand as in you cant hold much cash, and that the card might scratch your screen. Overall I would 100% recommend it.
