So I ordered this after 4 days of searching online trying to find the correct charging cord for a Razor MX350. The Razor site says it's a certain one (which turns out was an error on their site) so I ordered this one as it was available to get here much sooner.I couldn't call Razor due to the current COVID outbreak so I took a shot. After ordering it I noticed that the end, which is slightly heard to see detail due to the black color, and I thought it was the wrong one.I messaged the seller and asked for a refund which they agreed to. Welp, they were right and Razor themselves were wrong.This IS THE CORRECT CHARGER the one on Razor's site is the WRONG CHARGER. It ass has to do with a very tiny groove on the bottom of the plug. Without that groove it will not fit. The one Razor was selling did not have a groove.So I sent in an message saying how sorry I was and I thanked them for putting the correct product up here. Oh, it works amazing and it really is better than the one it comes with.This product is correct and great quality. Thank youWorks as you'd expect, lasts forever, and charges quickly overnightThe charger came expected on time, but when plugging the dirt bike in the charge light is showing green when the dirt bike is obviously not charged. The package also came with a pack of zip ties which I'm unsure of why these were included with the charger. I'm not sure if the charger is defaulty or if it could be the battery itself. Charger works as it should!Works better then the stock charger like that it screws on to make a secure connection.I have several razors and had used the stock chargers for all of them and the batteries kept going bad. After replacing the batteries I also replace the chargers with this one and I haven't had an issue since. Before I was replacing batteries once a year but haven't replaced one since.Works perfect!
