Bought as a gift for my husband. It's fits as expected. Material is a little stiff and doesn't look all that comfortable however he says it's fine. I had hoped this jacket would give off a lot of heat but it doesn't. When it's turned on to highest setting I cannot feel the heat from the outside of the jacket. Overall I gave it 4 stars because maybe I expected too much and he says he likes it.The jacket looks great. It does break the wind and appears to be waterproof. I bought it for my husband, who does landscaping and snow removal. He typically wears a size Large but I purchased an XL so that he could wear something under it-- the picture showed looks like it isn't a very heavy jacket. I was correct, it's not a heavy winter jacket. It's more of a light jacket with a light fleece liner. We didn't realize immediately that you have to hold the power button for 3 seconds for it to turn on. There are no directions in the package. But the seller answered our question VERY quickly, so kudos to the seller. So great for a little time outside in cold weather, not great if you spend long periods of time outside..I also expected it to be VERY WARM when turned on based on some reviews. He wore it once and said that it was warm while he was working. However, I've been wearing it to get to work (a very short walk) and sometimes I have to touch it to see if it's turned on. It doesn't get extremely warm. Also the zipper is a little flimsy. For the money, it's a good coat. If you want a really warm coat, though, you might want to go for a Milwaukee.The jacket itself provides decent warmth for Southern California nights. For temps below 40 F degrees, the jacket on high does provide warmth but not what you would expect. For lower temps, it's just a stop gap to freezing. If this is the only outer garment, windy conditions tends to create space between the jacket and body. When the jacket doesn't touch the surface of the body, it just becomes another layer and the warming feature is pointless.I'm going into my second season with it now with zero problems.No issues with any of the zippers.Frequently worn with no signs of wear.Purchased another as a gift a short time after my own. He is having the same experience.I'll be looking at other items they offer because this coat is made well.My son loves it. Says it's very warm and that people give him a lot of compliments.Needs to warm up faster. I have a kobalt jacket I got 6 years ago and it would get warm really fast.Great product for the price. My only concern is that the heating plate on the chest are not the same as the one on the back. The chest heating elements are wires not the heating plates as indicated. But it works great so far and other than the heating elements In the chest as described in product description. It is a thin coat but that is what I expected! Really fast shipping the product came three days early! So thank you for that! As it was. A gift! I would buy again. I hope I was able to help in your desicion of purchasing this item.I really like this jacket. I now wear this 90% of the time in the cold months as compared to my other jackets. I've worn it when the temperatures were in the teens and it kept me comfortable. It charges easily, has three heat settings, and really works well keeping me warm. A good tip is to turn it on inside before you head out, about 5 minutes, put it on, and let it warm you up a little bit before heading out. The fit is perfect, very comfortable. I like it mostly because I don't have to wear bulky jackets now when it's cold. It's uncomfortable driving home with a bulky jacket. This light weight jacket has solved that problem.
